Today marks the one year anniversary of my mom’s passing. This is an excerpt from the memorial service held June 3, 2008. It’s my daughter singing “Fragile Heart” by Yolanda Adams. Took me a year to watch it.
It was 18 months between the time I saw my mom last and when she died. As I wrote in my original tribute post last year, take time out for those you love. Don’t let too much time go by without saying how you feel about them. And above all esle, keep everything in life in it’s proper perspective.
I miss you mom.
